At last! I know I have been talking about selling some of our beers for a while now (around three years) but this is finally happening. The bottles are being labeled (by me and by hand) then signed and numbered. It made me realize how few bottles we had. But that also got me pretty enthused about getting more beer into bottles and also a heads up that maybe I should stop drinking them all and start selling some. Every bottle is numbered with a bottle number and of how many there in that batch. So few available!
As I little side note, I thought it was a great idea to hand sign and number. Now with the blisters on my fingers and sore joints I am not thinking it was the best idea.
