What a couple of days. Seven of the Jester King crew came over and spent a couple of days on the island. We ate. We drunk. We foraged. We farmed. And eventually we brewed.

A month before they arrived, they sent over their house culture which we built up so we could blend their house culture with our house culture and create something a little bit fun.

We brewed with beautiful organic raw wheat and hay from our local farmer as well as a massive amount of juniper branches.

What an incredible crew! I have never been around such a group that inspired and challenged me. It was an absolute joy and I cant wait to see how the beer turns out and to head over to Texas in the next few years to brew with the crew over there.
