Another day and anther truck. This time it was six big beautiful chianti foudres, lots of champagne barrels and a cherry wine barrel.
I am so excited to get these filled but there is so much work to do before then and that is just getting the brewery set up. Then I actually have to brew the beer and that is a lot of barrels to fill.
