Black Currants
Beautiful beautiful black currants. Super ripe so we put all 500kg into the barrel. The base beer was a lovely light bodied saison which soured with our Garden Party culture over the course of a year in a 2500 liter chianti foudre. I am not sure what this will end up as but I am incredibly excited to see how it develops.
